What you do
- Manage and maintain relationships with the Bank's partners and strategically significant companies, focusing on mass payroll transfers and individual key clients.
- Create standard and personalized value propositions for banking services for clients receiving their salaries in the bank, key clients, and employees of selected companies.
- Analyze and process proposals from business centers for preferential banking conditions for employees of specific firms and organizations, including discounts for individuals from the Bank's fee and commission tariffs, ensuring their validity and execution.
- Maintain communication with the Bank's partners and facilitate communication between the employees of the partners and the Bank, confirming all information related to the partnership business.
- Actively participate in organizing and conducting sales presentations and training for employees of credit intermediaries on the sale of banking products, as well as for Bank employees in relation to their work with third parties.
- Provide methodological assistance to employees in the Bank's business centers regarding work with third parties, timely processing, and analyzing proposals for entering into contractual relationships with partnership candidates.
- Responsible for the preparation, documentation, and administration of contractual relationships with the Bank's partners.
- Regularly monitor transactions of clients referred by third parties to eliminate risk and prevent fraud, and conduct monthly comparisons of information generated by the banking information system for partner transactions with the available documentation.
- Prepare reports on the performance of commercial partners and payroll clients and conduct monthly monitoring.
What you bring
- A higher education degree in Economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling banking products to individuals.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including specialized banking software and MS Office.
