What you do

• Develop and implement the digital services strategy for Allianz Bulgaria.
• Enhance customer service processes and promote digital services.
• Collaborate with Marketing Management and other divisions on digital services projects.
• Monitor customer feedback and improve satisfaction regarding digital services.
• Analyze user issues related to digital applications.
• Organize marketing campaigns for digital applications.
• Coordinate marketing activities and customer initiatives affecting digital application usability.
• Supervise contracts with external service providers and participate in application testing.
• Report to supervisors and comply with safety and ethical standards.

What you bring

• Higher education degree.
• Excellent computer literacy, including skills for using AI (ChatGPT etc.).
• Proficiency in business English.
• Knowledge of digital applications and online customer service processes.
• Understanding of financial services and marketing.
• Exceptional skills in business analysis and project management.
