Product Manager

What You Do:

• Develop new credit and non-credit products and services for individual clients, including pricing models, profitability analysis, marketing strategies, and distribution plans.
• Structure and prepare comprehensive documentation related to products or services.
• Organize the implementation of products in the Retail Banking segment, including sales and service processes.
• Manage existing products throughout their lifecycle, monitoring performance and profitability.
• Analyze statistical data related to banking products and services in the Retail Banking segment.
• Conduct market and competition analysis.
• Prepare and conduct internal product training for involved departments and sales points, as well as for banking partners and assistants when necessary.
• Develop internal rules and procedures concerning products for individual clients.
• Participate in projects according to competencies and responsibilities

What You Bring:

• Higher education - a degree in Economics is an advantage.
• Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing products for individual clients.
• Proficiency in English - both written and spoken.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, including exellent skill with AI techologies such as ChatGPT.
