-實習內容：

*壽險公司如何看待「佣金」與「通路成本」？
*壽險公司損益經營如何被影響？
*管理階層做決策時，財務分析到底在看什麼？

這個暑期實習，帶你直接參與壽險公司真實的通路費用分析專案，從整理資料、建立 Power BI 到產出管理簡報，完整體驗「數據如何變成決策」。

你會實際做的事情：
*從真實通路費用資料出發，分析佣金與獎勵制度背後的成本結構
*用 Power BI 製作費用分析儀表板，讓數字「一眼就懂」
*把分析結果整理成管理階層簡報，學會用商業角度說故事

-工作地點：台北總公司（地址：台北市信義區信義路五段100號）。
-大學部月薪：NT$31,000
-研究生月薪：NT$32,000
-享勞保、健保、6%退休金提撥。

【資格條件】
-國內外大學及研究所在校生
-財務、會計、資訊管理、精算知識（如修習過相關課程）
-熟悉Excel等數據處理工具（如具備Power BI、Tableau技能為加分）
-對數據敏感，具備良好的邏輯分析能力
-細心負責，具備良好的學習態度與團隊合作精神

-Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
