1. Product Developing - Develop insurance products that meet market needs and company objectives. - Design, price, and monitor new and existing insurance products by analyzing market data, assessing financial risks, and developing pricing models to ensure product viability and profitability.

2. Pricing Modeling - Create and maintain actuarial models to set competitive product features and perform sensitivity testing and scenario analysis. - Deliver new product model within the timeline and maintain an automatic ILP pricing model to ensure efficiency and accuracy. - Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate pricing structures for products.

3. Regulations - Ensure all product designs and pricing meet regulatory requirements and policy provisions. - Compliance with local regulations and group guidelines. - Prepare regulatory filings and ensure compliance with local insurance regulations.

4. Data Analysis & Research: - Analyze databases and statistical information to create model points, identify trends, and inform strategic adjustments. - Continuously monitor the performance of existing products, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Proficiency in actuarial modeling software (ex: VBA) and statistical analysis. 

5. Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
