1. Manage group projects, serve as the contact window with the group, and track progress.

2. Manage internal information projects, communicate across departments based on project requirements, coordinate resources, and track progress.

3. Manage the server team (Windows/Linux), ensuring smooth daily maintenance and operations, such as system backups, DR drills, and coordinating various project deployments.

4. Manage the Workplace team, leading the team in handling client-side computer (endpoint) issues, such as helpdesk, branch offices’ computer problem resolution, and project support. 

5. Effectively incorporate generative AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT) into daily work processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
