Objectives of Job:

• Develop and implement scalable pipelines for large or complex data series using common Python modules/packages.
• Development of powerful APIs
• Data modelling and enrichment as well as transformation using statistical methods and/or ML
• Continuous development (CI/CD) as well as support of processes in a heterogeneous system landscape
• Participation in the renewal of the technology stack with cloud-based services
• Support of , including the implementation of overarching functional enhancements
• Depending on experience, acting as project manager with planning, coordination and implementation, including requirements analysis (and customer communication) possible

Qualification & Experience:

• Successfully completed technical or university studies in (business) computer science, mathematics or economics with IT orientation and/or comparable professional experience
• Very good Python knowledge optionally including Machine Learning
• Experience with cloud solutions and data lakes
• Knowledge of SQL (Oracle desirable)
• Interest in topics related to the finance/insurance industry.
• Analytical and conceptual skills, coordination and organizational skills
• High level of analytical thinking, motivation, reliability, personal responsibility and independence
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Customer- and service-oriented, confident appearance in an international environment
• Very high proficiency in English
• Exposure to AI tools will be an add-on advantage
