Technical Skills Programming Languages

• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Python, including: asynchronous programming, experience with scientific and data libraries such as NumPy and Pandas; experience with C# and Java

• Nice to have: experience with Cobol and/or Easytrieve

LLM Frameworks & Architectures

• Mandatory: Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building and orchestrating LLM-driven applications. Knowledge of agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration.

• Preferrable: Familiarity with prompt Engineering design patterns, tool invocation techniques, and agent planning logic. Understanding of Chain-of-Thought prompting and memory handling.

Machine Learning & NLP

• Mandatory: Solid foundation in LLM-based application design; experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

• Preferrable: familiarity with vector database usage for context retrieval (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, pgvector)

Deployment & DevOps

• Mandatory: Proficiency with Docker for application packaging and deployment; hands-on experience with AWS services, including: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway

• Preferrable: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines; Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools

Version Control & Software Engineering

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Git: branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative workflows. Familiarity with platforms like GitHub and GitLab. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

• Preferrable: Experience with unit and integration testing to ensure code quality

Soft Skills

• Mandatory: Proactive mindset with a strong drive to identify improvements and push projects forward with a “can-do” attitude. Proven ability to design and implement solutions for complex challenges in AI and machine learning contexts. Ability to adopt new tools and methodologies in the fast-evolving AI ecosystem. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
