APPRENTICE REPORTING AND CONSOLIDATION W/M

The reporting and consolidation apprentice will be a key support for the consolidation team and the various stakeholders, helping the team to builds checks files, support with transverse analysis.
Missions
- Support the consolidation team during closings and transversal analysis (contribute to organisation of the closing, F+/ECCS reconciliation files, LPR reports and communication)
- Participation to the production of the consolidated reporting to Allianz on a monthly basis and on a quarterly basis in colloaboration with other team members
- Participation for maintening written process for the consolidation team
- Participation to the production of the consolidated Financial Statements on a sub scope EH SA including the powerpoint presentation to the audit committee on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Participation into the quarterly MVBS reporting for Solvency II requirements
- Participation into follow up of the subsidiaries with other team members, reviewing reporting packages, technical and accounting support to the subsidiairies, intercompany reconciliations
- Participation into transverse analysis (Financial results, Tax Proof, IAS19...) on a quarterly basis and the production of the notes to the Financial Statements on a yearly basis
- Participation on impacting finance/accounting projects ( implementation of IFRS standards (IFRS17, IFRS9), scope changes, special operations)
- Participation into analysis for other stakeholders (controlling, risk...)
- Participation to answer external auditors requests
