The ideal candidate should be a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to automate workflows, optimize cloud resources, and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines. This role involves a blend of hands-on DevOps automation, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the AI Service environment remains secure, efficient, and high-performing.


Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the service.
  • Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and implement change management processes to maintain uninterrupted operations and service stability.
  • Continuously monitor service performance metrics, proactively addressing potential issues to prevent major interruptions and enhance the overall user experience. 

Skills and Qualification

Core Technical Skills:

  • AWS Cloud Services - Expertise in AWS infrastructure, including S3, Monitoring, Lambda, Quick Suite, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/CDK,etc.
  • SaaS Integration experience - Hands-on experience with SaaS deployment, configuration, and management, integration with M365, MCP, etc.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, federated identity, SSO integration, and enterprise identity providers
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK for automated infrastructure provisioning
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management - Experience with GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
  • Monitoring and Observability - Expertise in CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools
  • Security and Compliance - Understanding of enterprise security frameworks, data governance, encryption, and compliance requirements
  • Scripting and Automation - Strong skills in Python, Bash, etc. for automation tasks
  • Networking - Solid understanding of VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, and DNS

Enterprise Integration Skills

  1. Enterprise Architecture - Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premises systems and legacy applications
  2. API Management - Knowledge of REST APIs, API gateways, and integration patterns
  3. Directory Services Integration - Experience with Active Directory, Entra, LDAP, or SAML integration
  4. Backup and Disaster Recovery - Expertise in designing and implementing backup strategies and DR plans
  1. Performance Optimization - Ability to tune and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and and performance
