Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies.
• Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio.
• Negotiate the most suitable policy terms for all stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction and company’s profitability.
• Coordinate closely with different internal functions (i.e.: Claims, Policy Administration and Credit Risk).
• Maintain satisfactory relationship with all business partners and intermediaries
• Capable of setting up strategies to deliver high portfolio and account retention and achieve upsell targets.
• Conduct and execute ad hoc customer centricity projects.
• Responsible for the cross-sell initiative and existing regional programs.
• Execute regular customer engagement as per account strategy including ad hoc events.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of account management with proven track record of overachieving retention, up-sell / cross-sell targets
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Good negotiation skills and a team player
• Bachelor degree or above
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent with MS Office and comfortable leveraging AI to gain efficiency
