Actuarial Modeling L3

What you do

1. 根据监管规定、会计准则及安联集团准则，结合新产品开发进度，制定月度模型开发计划，并与区域模型团队协调分工完成具体模型开发工作，并负责协调与亚太相关职能沟通季度模型变更影响。

2. 定期维护、校准和优化精算模型与精算假设；结合集团IFRS/TP模型治理要求，建立精算模型管理制度，从模型修改流程控制、模型文档管理、模型优化校验等各方面确保模型稳定性与持续性。

3. 与产品、财务、风险管理、运营等各部门协作，确保精算模型成果与业务需求对接。

4. 跟踪监管政策变化，及时调整模型以符合监管要求。

5. 从精算模型角度，配合优化精算部各用户工作流程。为精算部团队成员提供精算模型方面的技术支持和培训。 6. 主管分配的其他工作任务。 

What you bring

1. 本科及以上学历，精算、统计或数学相关专业。

2. 具有三年及以上精算模型相关工作经验，或具有五年及以上产品定价、精算评估相关工作经验者优先。

3. 通过准精算师资格考试（包括但不限于中国精算师协会、美国精算师协会、英国精算师协会等）。

4. 熟练使用精算软件及Python、R等编程语言。

5. 较强的表达沟通技巧，具有较强的团队协作意识，能够独立完成工作，同时能与不同类型的团队进行协作配合。

6. 拥有较强的时间管理、多任务并行管理的技能。 6. 具备人工智能相关技能，熟练使用各种AI工具，并能够将AI工具主动纳入工作流程中。
