About the role

  • Support the day‑to‑day delivery of BAU change activities, managing multiple low‑to‑medium complexity changes concurrently, including drafting communications, completing impact assessments, and supporting planning activities where full change frameworks are not required.
  • Deliver effective change communication and engagement by producing clear, fit‑for‑purpose messaging, templates, and change packs for frontline teams and leadership groups, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate learning and development support by managing training enrolments, tracking completion rates, assessing impact, and supporting learning events in collaboration with the Change and L&D teams.
  • Contribute to workforce and operational readiness by assisting with change mapping, workforce planning inputs, and practical tools that support teams through periods of change.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by working closely with business teams to provide pragmatic change support, gather feedback, and continuously improve BAU change delivery
