We are currently seeking to recruit a Case Manager at an exciting time of growth for our business.

  

About the Role:

  • Have quality conversations with our customers to explain the claims process and provide personalised support and guidance to assist with their recovery. 
  • Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information. 
  • Collaborate with our customers, their legal representative, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to facilitate rehabilitation, return to work and recovery. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. 
  • Work with a team of passionate professionals committed to making a difference. 

 

About You:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 
  • Meeting Key Results metrics, which are in line with overall business objectives 
  • Familiarity with MS Office Products 
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills 
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation 
  • Strong analytical skills
