MOTOR (ABS) CLAIMS SERVICE CONSULTANTS – Adelaide – Commencement date: 23rd February 2026

About the role

  • Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims though to settlement.
  • Majority of scheduled time spent rostered on our Inbound Motor Claims queue.  
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies, while working within the compliance and regulatory requirements of the role.

 

About you

  • High level of customer service experience.
  • Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
  • Genuinely passionate about helping customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume/fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.00pm (local time based on your location)
  • Ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (AEST time)
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
