About the Role

• Proactive management of your own complex CTP claims portfolio in accordance with regulatory and Allianz requirements.
• Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
• Making settlement offers, attending informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation.
• Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to develop Case Managers with a focus on holistic claims management and finalisation.
• Identifying business risks and participating in claim initiatives aimed at enhancing claims processes and customer satisfaction.

About You

• Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 4 years)
• Demonstrated Technical Excellence in all aspects of managing CTP claims
• Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrated high level of problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of a compliance and target driven environment
• Emotional intelligence
