About the role

This newly created senior leadership role will be critical in developing strategic partnerships and executing the RAAI growth plans. As the Head of Partnerships, your responsibilities will include:

  • Map out and drive the business insurance’s sales and account management strategies with a focus on alignment, performance, growth and shared success.
  • Proactively build relationships across the partner network to achieve strategic targets.
  • Leverage insights and creativity to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across RAA and Allianz to unlock account potential, encourage knowledge-sharing, and support continuous improvement.
  • Creating new pathways for collaboration, strengthen governance and streamline processes to support the implementation and delivery of initiatives between RAA and Allianz
  • Champion ethical practices, proactively manage risk, and create authentic connections through purposeful marketing and community engagement

 

About you

  • Experienced senior leader, with a strong track record developing growth strategies with a collaborative approach to partnership development.
  • Thorough experience in the membership product market within the insurance industry or financial services.
  • Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record in driving practical and efficient outcomes with a strength in influencing and collaborating across broad stakeholder groups.
  • Strong accountability and execution delivery, able to deliver on the organisation and partnership long term goals.
  • Leverage key partnerships across Allianz to drive the delivery of initiatives and to identify opportunities for cross-collaboration.
  • Confident and clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to foster engagement across the partnership and can champion RAA goals through influence.
  • Proficient working with data to guide decisions, streamline processes, and improve on legacy processes.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
