Motor Claims Fulfilment Officer - RAA - Adelaide

About the role

  • Deliver exceptional, customer-centric, and caring service to members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless handovers.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrate flexibility, and consistently uphold company values in all interactions.
  • Manage end-to-end claims including assessing liability, processing payments, identifying potential fraud, escalating complex claims, and liaising with relevant departments, all within authority limits and company policies.
  • Complete tasks within set timeframes and quality standards, meet performance targets, comply with schedules and feedback, and proactively seek development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, follow internal procedures and service standards, and ensure high-quality data entry and communication throughout the claims process.

 

About you

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidently conveying outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excels in conflict management and maintains a strong work ethic, ensuring a seamless customer experience with a focus on members' well-being in every interaction.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our members.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong personal drive, able to handle peak demand situations, cross-skill across products, and perform additional duties as required.
  • Proficient in using technology and MS Office applications, with strong data entry accuracy, ability to assess information for accurate claims decisions, and adaptability to change.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
