About the role
- Perform pricing analysis, reporting and modelling to analyse the portfolio and pricing performance.
- Provide insights from analysis and modelling to support pricing decisions and recommendations and competitive and commercial considerations to achieve strategic objectives.
- Implement best practice pricing models, including quote conversion, customer retention, claims performance and pricing scenarios.
- Implement initiatives to support continuous refinement of pricing models to ensure accuracy of models and reflect best practice frameworks.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant (actuarial or related) discipline.
- Experience in a pricing role acquired in a financial services (preferably general insurance) and/or consulting environments.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
