About the role
- Assist in coordinating Claims quality activities to ensure adherence to processes and compliance with legislative requirements
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of quality and compliance tools, frameworks, and processes within Claims
- Build effective working relationships with Claims leadership and senior staff to embed recommended improvements into operations
- Conduct regular claim file and task audits, as well as supply chain reviews, to monitor compliance, identify cost leakage, and assess supplier performance
- Analyse review findings to identify trends, drive improvement actions, support staff coaching, and assist in educating the Claims Leadership team on quality initiatives
About you
- Minimum 12 months of claims management experience with a solid understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice 2020
- Strong attention to detail, data proficiency, and sound judgment for making informed decisions and articulating recommendations
- Effective written and verbal communication with a solution-focused approach
- Proven ability to maintain strong relationships and use influencing skills to drive business outcomes
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a fast -changing digital world
