Recoveries Fast Track Officer – RAA – Adelaide

About the role

  • Acts as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries (mainly uninsured or insuranceuncertain members), explaining recovery options, confirming insured status, and identifying atfault parties.
  • Lodges claims by gathering full details from members, then initiates contact with atfault parties or their insurers via outbound calls, return calls, SMS, email, and post.
  • Provides clear explanations of claims and recovery processes, actioning workflows and updates within the claims management system.
  • Endtoend case manages Fast Track recovery claims, including daily workload management, milestone tracking, followups, and allocation of claims to Recoveries Officers where required.
  • Completes recovery execution and financial tasks, including demands, payments, receipting, invoicing, recordkeeping, and compliance with regulatory, risk, and customer service standards.

 

About you 

  • Extensive experience in Customer Service roles, with practical experience case managing and providing empathetic and customer centric support. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of insurance claims processes and insurancerelated administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Confident to lead professional conversations with third parties and able to translate complex subjects to a diverse audience .
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage negotiations respectfully and thoughtfully, always prioritizing the well-being of our customers.
  • Proven organisational, timemanagement, and problemsolving abilities in fastpaced environments.
  • Strong computer and system proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
