About the role
- Empowering Sales Success: Guide and support the business insurance’s sales and account management strategies with a focus on alignment, performance, and shared success.
- Nurturing Partnerships: Build meaningful, trust-based relationships across the partner network to foster collaboration and shared goals.
- Driving Thoughtful Growth: Leverage insights and creativity to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable business growth.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to unlock account potential, encourage knowledge-sharing, and support continuous improvement.
- Integrity and Engagement: Champion ethical practices, proactively manage risk, and create authentic connections through purposeful marketing and community engagement
About you
- Brings a strong track record in sales and industry experience, with a collaborative approach to driving growth strategy ideally within the insurance market.
- Extensive leadership experience in a relevant industry, leading high-performing teams and effectively guiding and upskilling them to ensure the organisation is prepared for future challenges.
- Focused on nurturing talent and creating supportive environments that help individuals and teams grow and succeed together.
- Uses a thoughtful understanding of the insurance industry and market trends to navigate challenges and identify opportunities.
- Comfortable working with data to guide decisions, streamline processes, and continuously improve how things are done.
- Builds trust through clear communication, active listening, and by cultivating meaningful, long-term professional relationships.
