Διακανονιστής ζημιών Υγείας Ομαδικά

Αναζητούμε Διακανονιστή Ζημιών Υγείας Ομαδικών Συμβολαίων.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

Χειρισμός, παρακολούθηση και διακανονισμός των ζημιών υγείας ομαδικών συμβολαίων (προσδιορισμός και έγκριση παροχών, νοσηλειών, θεραπειών σύμφωνα με τους όρους του συμβολαίου). Επικοινωνία με τους Συνεργάτες και Ασφαλισμένους.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

• Προϋπηρεσία/εμπειρία σε διακανονισμό ζημιών ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων υγείας (ομαδικά ή ατομικά συμβόλαια αντίστοιχα) τουλάχιστον 2 ετών. Επιπλέον εμπειρία θα αξιολογηθεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
• Καλή γνώση πρακτικών διακανονισμού ζημιών υγείας
• Καλή γνώση και χρήση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
• Ευχέρεια στη χρήση τεχνολογίας και πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
• Κριτική σκέψη και αντίληψη, μεθοδικότητα
• Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και επίτευξης αποτελεσμάτων με ακρίβεια, αξιοπιστία και χρονική συνέπεια
• Γνώση ΑΙ: (Generative) Artificial Intelligence ή GenAI ή AI, Data Analysis, (Microsoft) Copilot, ChatGPT
