Health Claims Adjuster

Αναζητούμε Διακανονιστή Ζημιών Υγείας (Ατομικά και Ομαδικά Συμβόλαια) για τη στελέχωση της ομάδας Ζημιών Υγείας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

• Χειρισμός, παρακολούθηση και διακανονισμός των ζημιών υγείας για ομαδικά και ατομικά συμβόλαια, περιλαμβανομένου του προσδιορισμού και της έγκρισης παροχών, νοσηλειών και θεραπειών σύμφωνα με τους όρους του συμβολαίου
• Επικοινωνία με τους συνεργάτες και ασφαλισμένα μέλη για την εξασφάλιση ομαλής επεξεργασίας και διευθέτησης των ζημιών.

Απαραίτητες προύποθέσεις:

• Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 ετών σε διακανονισμό ζημιών ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων υγείας (ομαδικά ή ατομικά). Επιπλέον εμπειρία θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
  Καλή γνώση των πρακτικών και διαδικασιών διακανονισμού ζημιών υγείας.
  Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (τόσο γραπτά όσο και προφορικά).
  Εξοικείωση με τη χρήση τεχνολογίας και άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Iκανότητες κριτικής σκέψης, προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια και μεθοδική προσέγγιση στις εργασίες.
• Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες λήψης αποφάσεων με ικανότητα επίτευξης ακριβών, αξιόπιστων και έγκαιρων αποτελεσμάτων.
• Γνώση χρήσης εργαλειών AI (GenAI, MSCopilot, ChatGPT)
