Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, contributing to the efficient execution of commercial activities and the overall effectiveness of the sales function.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsibilities:
- Provide structured support to the Sales Director and/or the respective Account Manager
- Set up new insurance products forms and manage amendments or cancellations of existing products, including the issuance and maintenance of insurance product codes
- Prepare partner and B Partner cooperation agreements in collaboration with the Account Manager and monitor their renewals and/or expirations. Review monthly production reports and distribute them to partners
- Deliver high-quality support to partners, respond to inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting with policy issuance and cooperation-related matters as required
- Liaise with the Accounting Department to monitor premium collections and invoice issuance, ensuring timely follow-up with partners
- Actively participate in promotional activities (e.g. exhibitions, events), as required
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments (Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use
Systems and Administrative Responsibilities: - Manage monthly renewals, statistical reporting, uncovered vehicles reporting, and related system entries
- Prepare and maintain Excel templates for new agents to facilitate the creation of account codes
- Perform updates and data corrections (where required) related to vehicle registration details
- Prepare and submit content updates for benefits booklets to the advertising agency, as needed
- Prepare renewal correspondence and complete missing customer data to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Provide administrative support to the Account Manager for the completion and maintenance of Salesforce records
What you bring
- Good command of English and Greek
- Post-secondary education (Vocational - Administrative field). A university degree will be considered an asset
- Proficient use of MS Office and AI-based applications
- Good knowledge of the insurance market and associated processes (considered an asset)
- Previous experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years – considered an asset)
- High sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Professionalism, customer-centric mindset, and collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks
- Methodical approach, adaptability, initiative, and ability to effectively follow up on tasks
