The Content Specialist develops and delivers clear, on-brand marketing content across EU markets. This role translates strategy into compelling messaging and high-quality assets (presentations, one-pagers, digital materials), ensuring strong structure, clarity, and consistency within brand guidelines.
Working with designers, strategists, and creative leads, you help improve speed, quality, and consistency of content across the region.
What you do
Content Development

Create clear, engaging content for print and digital channels, adapted for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C audiences across EU markets

Build and format assets using brand templates (PowerPoint, Adobe CC), applying strong hierarchy and storytelling principles
Concept & Communication

Contribute to creative ideation and share concepts

Present ideas clearly, explaining the rationale to stakeholders
Brand Guardianship

Apply and uphold global brand guidelines across all materials

Ensure consistency across channels, markets, and co-branded content

Adapt to partner brands within customer-facing experiences
Operations & Execution

Manage and organise digital assets with strong version control

Prioritise workload to deliver high-quality outputs on time

Stay up to date with localisation needs, tools, and industry trends
What you bring
-
3–5 years’ experience in marketing communications (agency or in-house), ideally in financial services or travel insurance

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent

Strong understanding of content, design, and marketing best practices

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and MS Office

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

You work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
