Position Summary

Join our team as a Non-Financial Risk & Controls Analyst, where you'll play a key role in helping the business identify, assess, and manage operational and compliance risks.
Working with teams across the organization, you'll support risk assessments, controls testing, reporting, training initiatives, and risk management tools while helping strengthen our overall risk culture. What You Will Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to support risk management initiatives and promote awareness of risk and control responsibilities across the organization.
- Facilitate risk assessments, document key risks and findings, and maintain accurate information within risk management systems.
- Plan and perform controls testing, evaluate control effectiveness, document results, and support remediation efforts when gaps are identified.
- Prepare risk reports, presentations, and insights for stakeholders and governance committees.
- Support the administration of risk management tools, including user support, training, access management, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guidance documents, and communications that strengthen risk awareness and engagement.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Risk Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, controls testing, audits, compliance reviews, or similar activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and geographies.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and improve.
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
- Experience with risk, audit, compliance, or governance systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model is preferred.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry and additional European language skills are considered an advantage.
