Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales Leadership team, the Field Specialist is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with key partners within an assigned territory. This role combines business development, account management, and sales strategy to achieve sales targets for insurance products while ensuring strong, long-term partnerships. The role involves developing the existing portfolio, providing training and support to distributors and might involve acquiring new clients.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing client visits, monitoring sales performance, and representing the company at events, workshops, and training events. The District Manager serves as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and driving profitable growth across the territory.

Profile and Experience
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the tourism or insurance sector. The candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Requirements:
The Field Specialist will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in economics, business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Digital and data-driven mindset, with the ability and curiosity to leverage data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI tools) to support decision-making and commercial performance.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage activities independently, with flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Problem-solving abilities combined with adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Versatile profile, open to stepping beyond defined responsibilities and contributing across different topics and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with openness to adopting new technologies and ways of working.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Availability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license (Category B) required.
