Summary of the Job:

Managing and expanding commercial relationships with Allianz Partners Turkey's strategic clients in the insurance, banking, and OEM sectors, and developing long-term partnerships. The Key Account Assistant Manager actively creates new business opportunities while driving revenue growth within the existing portfolio. He/she is also responsible for all aspects of client contract processing, including content, commercial terms, and operational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management and Relationship Development

  • Managing the operational and commercial relationships of existing insurance and banking customers.
  • Regularly measuring customer satisfaction and monitoring improvement actions.
  • Planning customer meetings, presenting performance reports, and sharing new service suggestions.

Contract and Internal Process Management

  • Prepare and revise customer contracts in coordination with legal, operations, and finance departments, ensuring approval processes are completed.
  • Track contract lifecycles using Conga CLM and similar tools.
  • Ensure annual updates to terms of service, limits, SLAs, and commercial terms.

Sales

  • Establishing a sales pipeline by contacting new potential insurance, banking, and corporate clients.
  • Creating customer-specific proposals submitted by the pricing team during RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.
  • Developing promotional and positioning strategies for new assistance products in collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Regularly monitor and present sales targets, customer revenues, and contract renewals to customers in coordination with the reporting team.
  • Identify areas of opportunity by analyzing customer performance data.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Finance, or related departments).
  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, automotive, B2B sales, or the assistance sector.
  • Experience in sales or customer management roles.
  • Proficiency in contract and proposal preparation processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferably CRM/Sales tracking tools.
