Analyst-IT & Information Security

The primary role of the Release management, Certificate Renewal & Support Analyst is to work with Release Management , SSL Certificate Renewal, Patching & Support team based in Allianz Technology, Trivandrum location and will take the ownership and coordination of all Release coordination, SSL Certificate renewals & Patching campaigns happening across all environments for the client OE. They will also contribute in improving health of systems by analysing the vulnerability scan reports. In addition to this, candidate will do the SSL Certificate renewals & Patching reporting and SharePoint correspondence.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the continued security, compliance, and trustworthiness in OE’s online interactions and integrity of the organization's Linux systems, reducing the risk of security breaches, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The job responsibilities involve conducting regular Release Management, SSL Certificate Renewal & Patching coordination, collaborating with various teams, managing security patches, and continuously improving the Release Management, SSL Certificate Renewal & Patching management processes by mitigating security risks.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of IT experience
• ITIL Knowhow (foundation certifications)
• Good know how of IT governance, change management, & CSI concepts.
• Good infrastructure knowhow(Linux, Wintel, Database, Middleware)
• Basic Linux/Windows administration
• Excellent reporting and coordinating skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills & communication skills -  ability to communicate clearly, work with multiple stakeholders, take ownership, good decision making skills and a good team player
