As part of our growing PMO-as-a-Service offering, you will work with global teams on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, Insurance, Organizational and Operational Excellence, Finance, etc.).
You will support project delivery while developing capabilities in analysis, stakeholder management, and advisory.
Responsibilities
• Support project tracking across scope, timeline, cost, and risks
• Produce reports, status updates, and project artefacts while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Support governance activities, stakeholder communication, and follow-ups
• Support problem-solving and contribute ideas for resolution
• Apply project management methods under supervision
• Conduct research and summarise insights to support decision-making
• Use collaboration tools and templates (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
• Build understanding of project, business context, and methodologies
• Contribute to delivery activities (analysis, presentations, coordination)
Requirements
• Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field with exposure to project management
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management or consulting environment
• Experience in project steering, governance, and methodologies (Agile and classical)
• Understanding of project lifecycle and delivery phases
• Exposure or openness to diverse project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, Insurance, Operational Excellence, Finance)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Experience in reporting tools, processes, and templates
• Ability to interpret data and derive insights to support decision-making
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving approaches
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different levels
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in global environments
• Proactive, reliable, and independent hands-on working style
• Ability to work in complex and evolving environments
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset
Desired requirements / skills / experience :
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Projects, Jira etc.)
• Proficiency in another language (German, French, etc.) will be a plus
• Professional experience in insurance industry is a plus
• Possession or target to obtain one of the following certification(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology relevant certifications
