Analyst Sustainability & Accessibility 

 

What you do

  • Collect, review, and manage environmental data in line with global reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Analyze environmental performance and derive initiatives to reduce emissions.
  • Drive the implementation and coordination of local sustainability measures, projects and activities in line with strategy and objectives
  • Conduct digital accessibility awareness sessions to educate team members and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team, employee networks, and external partners to promote and implement digital accessibility initiatives
  • Advocate for digital accessibility within the organization, fostering an inclusive workplace and optionally performing basic digital accessibility tests to identify and document issues

What you bring

  • Background or strong interest in sustainability, environmental topics, digital accessibility, and inclusivity
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills and topic expertise, willing to drive positive change within the organization
  • Solid analytical skills, ability to interpret and visualize environmental and digital accessibility-related data
  • Strong teamplayer. reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized working style, ensuring clear documentation and communication
  • Capability to develop, plan, and execute both sustainability and digital accessibility initiatives and take ownership of projects
  • Basic understanding of digital accessibility principles, guidelines, and barriers faced by users with disabilities
  • Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.

 

Qualifications.

  • Minimum bachelor degree with 6 months to 2 yrs of experience in Collect, review, and manage environmental data in line with global reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
