Join our Strategic Planning team within the Mobility Line of Business (LoB) at Allianz Partners, where we play a pivotal role in aligning strategic initiatives with the company's overarching goals. Our mission is to translate these strategies into actionable business plans, fostering growth and harmonization across Allianz Partners Mobility's diverse service portfolio.

Position Overview:

As a Working Student in our Strategic Planning team, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various countries. The diverse scope of topics will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Mobility insurance and service solutions, encompassing areas such as business development, underwriting, and portfolio management. This will be enhanced by a strong collaboration with team members and regular in-person meetings in the office

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in portfolio data collection, consolidation, and cleaning by mining through large data sets to investigate root causes for deviations and to ensure that data sets are available in the required quality
• Develop reports with PowerBI to track major KPIs of strategic business topics and key projects on a regular basis
• Conduct market research on mobility trends, developments in motor insurance, and specialty lines products.
• Shape our business by introducing artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
• Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support , support M&A activities, as well as requests from the CEO office and CTO.
• Follow up on audit topics to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Address ad-hoc topics based on evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• Finished Bachelor's degree; currently enrolled as a Master's student in related subjects such as Mathematics, IT, Engineering or other fields with a strong focus on analytics.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI and proficient knowledge of programming languages like Python or R
• Very strong capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite and document creation for top management discussions
• Experience with artificial intelligence and its concepts is a plus
• Initiative, quick comprehension and a structured and responsible way of working.
• Good command of both English and German languages.
