Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Finance operations, including but not limited to monthly closing, payments, cash flow projections, business tax, withholding tax and year tax filing.
- Regulatory mandatory reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) to ensure compliance with local and regional requirements.
- Quarterly financial reports and yearly tax reports are prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support on actuarial related tasks(e.g. ORSA, stress test, AA…)
- Budget planning and execution.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirements :
- University graduate, major in accounting or finance.
- 5 years work experience in multi-national company, including 2-year audit experience in CPA firm.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with SAP is advantage.
- A good, self-motivated team player who is dedicated to work and has a proactive attitude and possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks with high quality and accuracy.
- Embraces innovation and digitalization with an agile mindset.
- Immediately available preferred.
