Overall Objectives of Job:

 

  • Ensure seamless account management and financial operations within Allianz Technology.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to deliver high-quality service to customers.
  • Understand customer IT requirements and manage the order agreement process efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with customer contracts.
  • Support the Account Manager in financial data analysis, reporting, and resolving invoicing queries.
  • Contribute to revenue planning and provide commercial support for special projects.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and optimize financial processes through diligent management and proactive communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in account management processes and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customer needs.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all financial and account management activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure long-term partnership.
  • Implement and leverage automation tools to streamline account management and financial reporting processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Account Management:

  • Actively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders within Allianz Technology and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Understand and map customer IT requirements for the creation of quotations, ensuring a smooth follow-up process until service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to the Order Agreement process, working closely with the Service Manager to maintain compliance and quality.
  • Share and ensure the quality of Order Agreements, tracking and monitoring progress on behalf of the Account Manager.
  • Manage the Order Agreement signature process by engaging with various stakeholders to obtain timely approvals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate contract status reports using systems like SAP, ServiceNow, and Excel on a weekly/monthly basis for stakeholders and customers.

Other Tasks:

  • Prepare and provide ad-hoc reporting of commercial and financial data to support business needs.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and document minutes for Monthly Account and Service Management Meetings.
  • Offer commercial support for special projects, contributing to their successful execution.
  • Drive revenue planning activities in collaboration with the Account Manager to achieve financial targets.
  • Prepare communications on new services and important updates on existing services to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Administer Team Space (O365) to facilitate efficient collaboration and information sharing.
  • Explore and implement automation opportunities to streamline account management and financial reporting processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

 

Qualification & Experience

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance & Accounting or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, finance, or IT (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or SAP certification) are a plus.
  • 8-9 years of experience in the financial domain, with exposure to Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Proven experience in account management, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably within the IT or financial services industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using SAP, ServiceNow, Excel, and other financial or reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of IT service management and order agreement processes.

Functional Skills:

  • Demonstrated Agile mindset and knowledge of Agile methodologies and concepts.
  • End-to-end finance knowledge with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication.
  • Customer service expertise and strong team player with team management skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours and strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving experience.
  • Experience with process change and the ability to execute process control mechanisms.
  • Adaptability in people and process management.
  • Exposure to AI tools is an add-on advantage.
