What you do

 

The Ecommerce Manager is integral to executing digital sales strategies within a specific geographic area, aligning with Allianz Partners' 2030 strategy plan, Elevate, to achieve 1 billion euros in Direct Sales. Reporting to the Regional Head of Digital Sales, this role involves overseeing online sales and marketing efforts, translating global strategies into local initiatives, managing budgets, enhancing customer experience, and rolling out key digital sales initiatives. The role leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance customer insights, personalize marketing strategies, and automate processes

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. P&L Management: Analyze profit and loss statements, collaborate across teams to enhance revenue, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and leverage financial insights, including AI-driven data analytics, for strategic planning.

  2. Digital Marketing Planning: Manage marketing budgets, define campaign goals, partner with media agencies, and publish content to support organic search and regulatory requirements. Utilize Machine Learning (ML) to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer segmentation.

  3. Multi-Channel Digital Sales Growth: Collaborate on website advancements, manage digital sales channels, and explore new sales opportunities within the region. Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and engagement.

  4. Market Product Launch & Competitive Analysis: Adapt regional launch strategies, ensure seamless product launches, and tailor offerings to local customer needs. Use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to improve content marketing strategies and customer interaction.

  5. Performance Management & Data-Driven Insights: Define KPIs, monitor ecommerce performance, leverage data analytics and visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders, and conduct deep dive reviews.

What you bring

 

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and e-commerce platform management.
  • Strong market knowledge of the insurance/assistance sector.
  • Excellent command of English and additional languages (French and German preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital sales, preferably in insurance or fintech.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and scaling digital channels using AI technologies.
  • Experience managing global sales teams and developing digital strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience in regulated industries with digital product offerings preferred
