As an ACDC Cybersecurity Intern - Customer Frontend & Reporting, you will gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, reporting, and customer-facing activities. This internship offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of cybersecurity, data analysis, and innovative technologies, contributing to the development of dashboards, operational improvements, and communication strategies. What you do

• Actively support the Customer Frontend & Reporting Product Owner in day-to-day operations.
• Independently manage reporting requests in alignment with the reporting team.
• Collaborate with developers to define data requirements for dashboards.
• Support ad-hoc analysis to drive operational improvements.
• Assist with communication activities, such as preparing newsletters in collaboration with the Threat Intelligence team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing email communications.
• Provide ad-hoc support for Customer Frontend-related topics.
• Help maintain and update documentation related to Customer Frontend & Reporting.

What you bring

• Ongoing university studies in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Independent and customer-oriented working style with a quick comprehension.
• High resilience and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem-solving and security challenges.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Basic understanding of business process management and automation tools (e.g., Grafana, Power Automate) or a willingness to learn these technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical applications.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, with a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
