Our Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe is focused on revolutionizing customer care with AI-driven Voice and
Chatbot services, in collaboration with Contact Center Solutions (CCS).
As a Bot Designer, you will develop and optimize chat and voice bots. Responsibilities include technical
project development, innovation, feature integration, enhancing business value, customer satisfaction,
team development, and project support, collaborating with a talented team to scale our Conversational AI solutions.
What you do
- Lead technical projects to enhance Conversational AI (CAI) solutions, focusing on innovation and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with the Implementation Squad to ensure smooth project deliveries and integration of new features.
- Integrate third-party systems and new features to improve CAI solutions.
- Contribute to positive business cases and drive profitability through strategic project management.
- Deliver valued services to customers by addressing their needs and expectations.
- Provide accurate project estimations and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in project execution.
What you bring
- Expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing chat and voice bots, with a focus on enhancing Generative AI applications (e.g., FAQ systems, Copilot, text summarization).
- Strong skills in training bot NLU models and analyzing their performance to drive innovation within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence.
- Ability to address project issues effectively and provide use case guidance to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cognigy, IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow) and third-party system integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a communicative and collaborative attitude.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with international teams in a multicultural setting, with excellent English communication skills; German/Spanish is a plus.
