About the Job
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations. Your expertise in account management will be crucial in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
What you do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client objectives and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate with service owners, finance, and other global teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and progress to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
- Be accountable for responding to customer requests by working with different areas (local, regional, and global levels), serving as a one-stop solution for clients.
What you bring
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
