About the Job
As a Chapter Lead in Architecture, you will lead a team of architects and play a key role in shaping and implementing the architectural vision of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with group- wide architecture standards and for integrating corporate solutions and frameworks into local systems and initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in driving architectural consistency, innovation, and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
What you do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a chapter of solution and enterprise architects.
- Ensure the adoption and integration of architecture standards, reference models, and shared platforms defined by the corporate group.
- Design and govern end-to-end architectures that support business agility, scalability, and security.
- Promote modern architectural practices such as cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and API- first design.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization, AI integration, and digital platforms.
- Actively participate in architecture governance forums and contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the architecture community.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture roles, including enterprise or solution architecture with experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is highly desirable. Background in the insurance or financial services industry being a strong plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments with strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures. Understanding of security, data, and AI architecture domains.
- Proficiency with architecture modeling and documentation tools.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Strategic thinking and ability to align local and global priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as change management and influence across cross-functional teams.
