About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and driven BMP Rollout Manager to lead the deployment of our BMP in one Allianz Operating Entities for multiple areas (Claims underwriting and Retail)
This role plays a key part in delivering one of our most strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from early engagement to post-go-live operations.
What you do
- Lead the full BMP rollout lifecycle across assigned entities: from planning and implementation to go-live and operational support.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to align on scope, roadmap, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate onboarding, system configuration, testing (UAT), training, and migration activities.
- Oversee cutover and hypercare phases, ensuring business continuity and adoption.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and rollout milestones, ensuring alignment with central governance and product teams.
- Drive business value realization and ensure a stable transition to the run phase.
What you bring
- 5–10 years’ experience in program or project management, ideally in IT transformation or enterprise platform rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of rollout methodology, UAT, integration, and migration processes.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional and cross-border teams in complex environments
- Skilled in managing rollout projects with external vendors driving the vendors with KPIs to deliver in time, quality and budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in consulting, insurance, or SaaS platforms is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and thier practical use.
