About the Job

As a Business & Financial Senior Controller, you will play a strategic role in shaping the financial performance of the company. You will lead Forecasting, Planning and in-depth financial analysis to support critical decision-making by Senior Leadership. Your insights will drive business management and ensure alignment with strategic objectives through rigorous evaluation of business cases. This position requires a strong ability to challenge assumptions, provide actionable recommendations and influence outcomes at the highest level.

What you do

Create and deliver comprehensive financial analyses, reports and dashboards for multiple stakeholders on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Monitor Actuals versus Plan and Forecast, analyze deviations and their drivers, propose corrective measures and track progress toward achieving financial objectives.
Develop strategic recommendations to drive the achievement of long, mid and short-term financial targets.
Define, implement and continuously improve guidelines, methodologies and processes for Controlling and performance management.

What you bring

Strong expertise and significant experience in Controlling within an international business environment.
Strong expertise with Finance systems and tools, particularly MS Excel and SAP FI-CO/BW;
Proficiency in advanced reporting and analytics solutions (MS Power BI) is mandatory.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and methodological thinking, combined with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability and willingness to work independently, take full ownership of assigned topics and manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
