  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve business processes.
  • Support continuous improvement of BA practices, templates, and standards across Operations Engineering & Transformation.

What you bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis roles in IT, operations, or insurance environments.

  • Ability to collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams.
  • A quality‑driven mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactiveness, ownership, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
