As an Chapter Lead in the Workplace Area with a focus on Product Ownership, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering innovative workplace solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration across Allianz Technology. You will lead and mentor a team of product owners, ensuring alignment with business goals, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team while ensuring the successful delivery of workplace solutions.

What you do

Leadership and Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Build team capabilities to meet current and future challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a role model and provide guidance to ensure consistent application of product management best practices.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Drive innovation in workplace solutions by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
Implement and promote best practices in product management, ensuring efficient and effective product development processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workplace solutions and processes.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Define and establish metrics to measure product success and impact.
Regularly review product performance, analyzing data to make informed, strategic decisions.
Ensure alignment of product strategies with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on workplace solutions or related areas.
3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools, with practical experience in agile environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and deliver results.
Proven ability to drive innovation and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
