As an Chapter Lead in the Workplace Area with a focus on Product Ownership, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering innovative workplace solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration across Allianz Technology. What you do
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Build team capabilities to meet current and future challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a role model and provide guidance to ensure consistent application of product management best practices.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation in workplace solutions by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
- Implement and promote best practices in product management, ensuring efficient and effective product development processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workplace solutions and processes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Define and establish metrics to measure product success and impact.
- Regularly review product performance, analyzing data to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Ensure alignment of product strategies with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on workplace solutions or related areas.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools, with practical experience in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and deliver results.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
