About the Job
The Chapter Lead is the single IT accountability point for the Sales, Marketing & Portals pillar, owning end-to-end performance, delivery, and evolution across both RUN and CHANGE. Acting as a key integrator across people, delivery, and financial dimensions, the role works closely with Product Owners, Solution Designers, IT Project Managers, and Service Managers within an evolved governance model where the Chapter Lead holds extended accountability for alignment, delivery performance, financial control, and compliance.
What you do
- Own pillar performance and act as single IT accountability point; oversee delivery governance, prioritization, and escalation management across all projects led by IT Project Managers
- Lead, develop, and manage chapter members — including skills, capacity planning, and performance management
- Manage budget, forecasting, and cost optimization, including vendor cost control and contractual compliance
- Ensure security and vulnerability issues are resolved in a timely manner and that digital resilience and compliance standards are upheld across the pillar
- Drive run performance by maintaining SLA/KPI targets, ensuring service stability, and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the main IT counterpart for business stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting and program/portfolio alignment
- Foster an agile, AI-first culture across the chapter — promoting adoption of AI tools and practices, collaboration, and innovation
What you bring
- Proven track record in IT delivery leadership across RUN and CHANGE environments
- Experienced people leader with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong project and program management background, including dependency and portfolio management
- Financial management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/sourcing cost control
- Basic knowledge of AI technology, principles, and their practical use
- Solid stakeholder management skills with experience in executive reporting and business partnering
- 8+ years of relevant IT leadership experience; Agile, ITIL, or PM certifications are a plus
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
