Cost Management Specialist

As a Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for reporting and steering company-wide committed savings while ensuring full transparency and pro-active identification of cost optimization opportunities and risks. In cooperation with Account management and Pricing teams you will play a key role in ensuring value pass-through to customers. You will lead end‑to‑end savings governance, and performance steering, supporting Senior Leadership with fact‑based insights and rigorous challenge of assumptions.
In this role, you will partner closely with the CEO Strategy & Transformation Office, Functional Leaders, Pricing, Account Management, and Controlling to ensure savings are identified, validated, executed, and sustained across planning cycles. Your work will directly contribute to achieving Year‑End Company targets, balancing cost discipline with business growth and customer commitments.
What you do

Create and deliver comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for multiple stakeholders on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Monitor Actuals versus Plan and Forecast, analyze deviations and their drivers, propose corrective measures, and track progress toward achieving financial objectives

Develop strategic recommendations to drive the achievement of long, mid, and short-term financial targets

Define, implement, and continuously improve guidelines, methodologies, and processes for Controlling and performance management.
What you bring

Strong expertise and significant experience in Controlling within an international business environment

Ability to influence senior stakeholders, proactively manage counter‑effects, and drive corrective actions to secure long‑, mid‑, and short‑term financial objectives

Strong expertise with Finance systems and tools, particularly MS Excel and SAP FI-CO/BW; proficiency in advanced reporting and analytics solutions (MS Power BI) is mandatory

Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and methodological thinking, combined with strong facilitation and presentation skills

Ability and willingness to work independently, take full ownership of assigned topics, and manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high quality and accuracy

Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
