About the Job 

 

We are embarking on a transformation journey to bring customer centricity into the DNA of our employees and seeking a dynamic Data Analyst with a strong background in automation, business reporting, and AI-driven insights who will help bringing our CX strategy to life. This role will support in designing and implementing the long term vision and strategy for CX across our organization while leading key programs across a global organization.

 

What you do

 

  • Co-lead, develop, and implement key CX programs from a data perspective to enhance customer experience for target audiences, optimizing and executing ongoing CX programs with global stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and InMoment, supporting customer experience initiatives with actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Utilize AI and natural language processing to extract insights from customer feedback, automating data ingestion and integrating data from diverse platforms into streamlined reporting solutions.
  • Implement Python scripts and automation workflows for efficient data manipulation, writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, transform and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Translate technical findings into strategic insights and recommendations to drive improvements in customer experience initiatives, supporting the introduction of new channels and data for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing user guidelines and documentation for effective use of dashboards and reports, ensuring regulatory compliance by aligning practices with workers councils, CPO and other relevant teams.

 

What you bring

 

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with expertise in building interactive dashboards, automation solutions, and business reporting using Power BI for data modeling, visualization and dashboard design.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automating data workflows, along with experience in AI techniques like natural language processing and sentiment analysis for text-based data insights.
  • Solid skills in SQL for querying relational databases and manipulating large data sets, integrating data from diverse sources into standardized insights.
  • Strong business acumen to analyze and interpret data from technical and customer experience perspectives, presenting complex insights clearly to various audiences.
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving, time management skills that allow you to thrive in fast-paced environments as well as excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Power Point, familiar with survey tools, dashboards and customer feedback platforms.
