In Learning & Development, we plan, design and implement development measures and tools to promote and retain talents and foster development. We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally, ensuring that our talent management and learning development initiatives are effective and impactful.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of learning development and upskilling.
What you do
- Design and develop new digital learning solutions and offers.
- Drive and enable new approaches by systematic underlying data analysis.
- Set-up best practices for People and Culture processes and LEAN approaches.
- Community Management and Impulse Communications for learning, leadership, and the Talent and Culture Community.
- Support the PMO with organization, stakeholder correspondence, and conducting reports and evaluations.
What you bring
- Experience and interest in data analytics with a passion to develop and adapt digital tools.
- Self-driven working style and good communication skills.
- Proactive and creative approaches to new topics.
- Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing.
- High Customer-orientation and pragmatic approach.
- Solution focus and agile mind-set. Experience in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome.
- Enrolled student in digital marketing/technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Informatics, Economics or related fields.
