About the Job

As part of the Allianz Technology Data Office, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Program Delivery Lead to drive the execution of our global data strategy. In this critical hands-on role, you will oversee the delivery of high impact Data & AI initiatives that shape how data is managed, governed and consumed throughout the organization. If you are passionate about data and have a proven track record of delivering complex global programs and impactful data solutions, this role is for you.

What you do

Lead and orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery of a cross-functional data strategy
Shape requirements for observability, supportability, and operational robustness in production environments.
Define and track success metrics (adoption, efficiency, risk reduction, user satisfaction).
Identify and manage risks across technical, operational, and regulatory dimensions.
Communicate progress and risks effectively to senior stakeholders.
Provide analytical insights to support business planning and transformation efforts.
Engage senior leaders to ensure alignment and support for major data programs.

What you bring

10+ years delivering Data/AI or Technology programs in large, regulated, or enterprise environments, with a proven track record of successful end‑to‑end delivery and leadership experience.
Deep, practical experience moving Data & AI solutions from concept to production and adoption.
Strong knowledge of modern data and AI technologies, platforms, and tools, including expertise with Microsoft cloud services, Databricks, Python, ML libraries, and Power BI experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management across all technical and non‑technical levels.
A team player, with a structured, outcome‑focused mindset with strong ownership and delivery discipline.
Clear communication and ability to simplify complex Data & AI Topics.
