Role Overview
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Allianz Services as a Data Transformation Expert in Barcelona. As part of Allianz Technology, Allianz Services helps drive the Data & AI transformation journey for Allianz Group. You will support the development and evolution of global data standards, collaborating with teams across the globe. You will lead strategic projects, mobilize teams to achieve data goals, and guide the implementation of important data programs. What you do:

You will mobilize the Data Officers and their teams to achieve strategic Group goals for Data.

You will help evolve the Allianz Group Data & AI strategy according to CDOs, business, operations, and IT partners, focusing on collaborative efforts with global teams.

You will engage the Global Data Community towards achieving strategic goals through advisory and support roles.

You will be the point of contact for several OEs with different maturity levels.

You will participate in the OE Data Steering Boards to advise on Data projects.

You will guide and review the implementation of OE Data programs, OE Data Value Plans, OE Data Architecture Roadmap, OE Data Governance setups, and implementation plans, ensuring understanding of global standards.

You will ensure the control and monitoring of OE implementation of Data functional rules through verification and targeted deep dives.

You will participate in global projects to shape the target picture for Data, focusing on strategic support rather than operational execution within Spain

You will help formalize the target picture for Data through Corporate Rules and related guidelines, frameworks, and rules of procedures.
What you bring:

University level degree in Economics, Business Administration, mathematics, IT or similar.

5+ years work experience running successful transformation projects, developing operational strategies.

Business experience in important departments such as Product Development, Finance or Market Management or in Digital / Tech.

You can organize and plan tasks efficiently.

Hands-on, can-do-mentality with result-orientation.

Strong stakeholder- and customer focus.

Proficient in conveying ideas and abstract data management concepts in business related terminology.

Team spirit, guided by personal initiative and engages actively and cooperatively in work tasks.

Experience with engaging with others in a global and diverse work environment

Excellent English communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing global stakeholders effectively.
